Optima AUC

The Optima AUC is Beckman Coulter’s flagship analytical ultracentrifuge for high-resolution, first-principles characterization of macromolecules and nanoparticles in solution. It determines sedimentation and diffusion coefficients under extreme centrifugal force, providing quantitative information on size distribution, aggregation, and sample heterogeneity without the need for a stationary phase.

The Optima AUC is widely used for:
